Our top pick for the weekend, head to the Jahnplatz in HaĆloch for their annual street festival. It’s under an hour drive, but you can get there under 40 minutes by using the train. Check it out!
*10e Nuit des Jardins LumiĆØre (Feb 29)š„
Head over to LunĆ©ville, France to see the LuÅeville castle lit up at night. Only a two hour drive and free entry!
*Euro Dance Festival 2020 (Feb 25- Mar 1)š„
Head over to Europa Park for Europe’s largest dance festival! There will be over 600 workshops. Head there for lessons and to see great performances in salsa, tango, swing, discofox, hip hop, breakdance, and more!
*Hot Chocolate Winter Fun 5K Frankfurt (Feb 29)š„
Start Saturday morning off right by RUNNING FOR CHOCOLATE! This event is expected to draw quite a large crowd. You can register in advance or on-site!
*24. Wiesbander Berglauf (Feb 29)š„
Looking for something more challenging than a 5K? The annual Wiesbaden mountain run comes in two options: 8k and 450 elevation gain or 25k and 900 elevation gain. Challenge yourself by heading out there on Saturday afternoon.

Bastogne War Museum closed for a few weeks for the season, but it’s NOW OPEN AGAIN!! Only a 3 hour drive away, history truly comes to life here. What a great opportunity we have living so close!

So you thought Fasching was done. Well, take a 4 hour drive to Bern, Switzerland to keep the party going! It’s probably a little far for a day trip, but if you’re looking for an overnight trip this weekend, then this is probably your best choice.
